Spyware:

• Microsoft AntiSpyware. New product from Microsoft, built off of Giant AntiSpyware. Scans for Spyware and prevent new spyware from installing. Download it for free.
• Spybot Search and Destroy. Also a free program, scans for and removes most spyware, optional TeaTimer accessory prevents much spyware from installing.

Virus:

• Free Online Scans. If you can still get online, here are some free sites that will scan your computer for viruses.
